Refund Policy

At SiteQuote Pro, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

Refund Requests

All payments for SiteQuote Pro are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests must be submitted through Paddle.

You can request a refund by:

  1. Logging into your SiteQuote Pro account
  2. Going to Settings → Billing
  3. Clicking "Manage Billing" to open the Paddle customer portal
  4. Submitting a refund request through Paddle

Refund Window

We generally offer refunds within 30 days of the original charge, subject to review. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following period, but you will not receive a refund for the current period.
