These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteQuote Pro ("Service"), operated by SiteQuote Pro ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy.
• You authorize us (via Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. We generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, catalogs, or content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to use your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
